Microsoft Office

With the add-in for Microsoft Office, you can check for correct terminology documents in Word, Excel or PowerPoint or your emails in Outlook. You can install the add-in directly in the Office application.

Check texts

You can run checks even on large documents. Term hits are listed neatly. You can show the most important information, including usage hints, definitions and individual attributes, for every term hit.

Incorrect spellings

Lexeri detects incorrect spellings in your texts, even if they are not explicitly entered in the termbase as forbidden.

Searching termbases

Some plug-ins allow you to search termbases directly in the open text program. You can therefore run manual searches in Lexeri to identify suitable terms and skip directly to the Lexeri term entry in the browser app with a single click.

Lexeri integrations

Automatic term checks in external systems

In addition to the plug-ins with which you and your colleagues can check terminology directly while writing, Lexeri also provides solutions for term checks in external systems. These systems can include code repositories for software development, content management systems or PIM systems.

The integrations sync texts from these systems and run automatic term checks. The term hits are shown in Lexeri, and you can send corrections back to the connected system directly in Lexeri.
