Less is sometimes more

Automatic duplicate cleaning

In large databases that have grown over the years it is quite common for terms to creep into the database twice or more, sometimes with different spellings. This can cause confusion and errors in the use of terminology.
Duplicate cleaning detects identical terms and those with similar spellings and then shows them to you in a comparative view.
You can simply keep the preferred entries. Place all the required terms into the main entry and systematically eliminate even complex duplicates.

Completeness in all languages

Adding terms in missing languages

Multilingual terminology tends to grow with time. Lexeri shows you the entries in which certain languages are still missing for the terms. This lets you keep an eye on the completeness of languages in your termbase. You can then either add them yourself or pass on the task to language experts on your team.

Closing gaps

Recognise and add missing attributes

You can also go to the quality dashboard to select all other attributes whose completeness you want to check in the entries.
You will then see for each language the number of entries for which the selected attribute has not yet been defined. Then you can add the attributes to the identified entries or pass the task on to your experts in the workflow.

Correct terminology, even in the metadata

Term checks in the definitions

Text is also produced in the termbases – and the terminology needs to be absolutely flawless here so that your employees can source reliable knowledge. Our continuous term checks in the definition texts come to your rescue here. You receive daily and updated results in the quality dashboard, where you can purge prohibited terms from the definition texts.
When creating new definition texts, our Lexeri term check plug-in helps out by suggesting the correct terminology when you write the texts in the Lexeri forms.

Workflows

From the quality dashboard straight to the task

Add identified entries with quality issues directly to a task and process them as a separate to-do or pass on the task to the technical and language experts on your team.
