Usage rules for terms

An immediately understandable traffic light system indicates to your editors whether a term is preferred or prohibited at your organisation. Our four statuses – preferred, prohibited, accepted and obsolete - create clarity and promote the correct use of terminology.
By adding another usage hint, you can draw attention to particular aspects for use of the term.

Comment function for users

Users can communicate with each other in the term discussion section. As terminology manager, you moderate the discussion, respond to questions or even use input from everyday users to uncover important changes in the terminology.

Modular entries

Each term comes with very different information depending on the sector and corporate history. In Lexeri, you can add individual attributes in the form of free text or pick list values to suit your preferences and enrich your terminology with all the relevant information.

Incredibly easy to use

Terminology should be accessible and easy to understand for everyone within the organisation. Even technical novices will be able to grasp the terminology thanks to the neat and clear term views and self-explanatory functions.
