The people behind Lexeri

The team

Lexeri is a brainchild of the translation service provider Toptranslation in Hamburg. A small team built the first features and started to recruit customers. The team is growing continuously as Lexeri becomes more autonomous.

The technical skills of our CTO Stefan Rohde are perfectly complemented by the linguistic expertise of our Product Owner Sarah Hillje. Together they form the product team for Lexeri. They maintain the Lexeri roadmap in close consultation with our customers, which is then put into practice by our team of developers.

Our CEO Houman Gieleky takes care of the commercial side of Lexeri.

Stefan Rohde, CTO
Stefan Rohde has a degree in computer science and has been working in the industry as a developer and CTO for 13 years. Together with Sarah Hillje, he develops new ideas for Lexeri, which he puts into practice with his team. He has a particular focus on usability, integrations, plug-ins and NLP topics.

Sarah Hillje, Product Owner
Sarah Hillje studied translation in Hildesheim and brings linguistic expertise to the company after many years of experience as a certified translator. She remains in close contact with our customers and watches over the Lexeri roadmap.
Houman Gieleky, CEO
Houman Gieleky, CEO
Houman Gieleky founded the start-up Toptranslation in 2010 and built the company into a technology-driven translation service provider. As CEO, he is mainly concerned with the commercial side of Lexeri and its marketing.
Nadine Jost, Developer
Nadine Jost, Developer
Nadine Jost is also a graduate of translation, but retrained as a software developer at Toptranslation. Now she is tasked with exploiting the best of both worlds in our IT team.

Our main goal is to make the interdepartmental use of consistent and precise terminology a matter of course for all employees.

At the same time, we want to motivate the entire team to contribute actively to terminology content. This reflects our conviction that terminology management and its underlying processes can benefit hugely from the diversity of knowledge pervading the entire organisation.

Gone are the days in which terminology managers tended to be lone wolves. Now they can unleash smart features to become agents of change within a process of dynamic and enterprise-wide value creation.
