Individual usage status

In the new update, we have taken care of the configurability of standard attributes and the improvement of imports and exports, among other things.

In this development sprint, we have taken care of the configurability of standard attributes in Lexeri, improved exports and imports, and expanded the options for communication in the workflow.

Individual usage status

In addition to our standard usage statuses (preferred, recognized, obsolete, prohibited), you can now add your own individual usage statuses for selection.

This allows you to specify company-specific term usage, especially in the term checks, and makes it easier for your editorial and content teams to work with the Lexeri plug-ins.

Exporting individual entry attributes

We are gradually increasing our filter options in the exports.
This release adds filters for individually configured selection attributes at term entry level.

Pinning of test parameters

You can now pin your checked criteria in the quality dashboard so that they are saved in the view and remain visible even after the session has closed.
This keeps your quality dashboard more relevant and ensures that you always have an overview of the potential errors in the termbase that are important to you.

Comments by terminologists when completing an entry

Terminologists who have been assigned to work on tasks can now send a comment, such as a check result or other notes, to terminology managers when completing a draft term.
The terminology managers receive the notification within the respective draft entry in the task.

Language mapping for TBX files

We have extended the TBX import: You can now easily assign the languages contained in your TBX file to the corresponding languages in Lexeri.
This means that all import languages can now be covered and imported seamlessly.
