Term checks in Filestage.io
Teams can use Filestage to discuss and share files in just one place. The Lexeri integration automatically checks the documents uploaded to Filestage for correct terminology and shows the result of the check alongside the colleague's review.

In Filestage, teams work together and collect feedback on created documents in order to finalize them. Document reviews and shares are compiled in one location. With the Lexeri integration, the term checks also take place in Filestage.
If a document is uploaded for review, Lexeri is notified and then performs a term check. Once this has been completed, the review status for the document is updated accordingly: if unwanted terms are found, the status is set to ‘Needs changes’, otherwise the document is released by Lexeri.
How it works
In VS Code, click on the Extensions tab in the tab bar.
If a new project is now created in Filestage, a "Lexeri" reviewer group is automatically added. If you do not want to perform a term check in a project, you can simply delete the reviewer group from the project and Lexeri will not analyze the document.
Next, upload the documents for review to the project. The teams invited for a review can start the coordination process at the same time as usual. Lexeri automatically analyzes the uploaded document while this is happening.
As soon as Lexeri has performed the term check, the review status in Filestage is adjusted according to the terms found. The individual term hits are displayed with some additional information as comments in the Filestage PDF viewer.
